This book has improved my writing more than any other book. I only wish I had read this when I was first starting out. Show not tell is one of the first items an agent or publisher looks for, believe me, I know.

This book is a useful aid as it helps you to show emotion and not tell it. highly recommended.

This book provides you with the information to make your characters with emotional problems deeper and more believable.

When your fiction calls for a character to be hurt and live to tell about it, this book is the prescription.

The formatting in this book is awful, but it is invaluable  if you wish to kill a character in your novel with a poison.

If you have a policeman in your novel, you need to read this book. What is portrayed on TV is not how the police behave and work. I have found this book invaluable.
